Questions about FewDo.

What is FewDo?

This app helps you with IF-THEN automations on your Android phone. When an IF condition is true, FewDo runs your THEN actions. See the app page.

Does FewDo need an account or internet?

No account and no cloud sync. Everything is local except HTTPS webhooks you configure yourself.

What can trigger an automation?

Bluetooth connect/disconnect or connected state, approximate time or time period, notification received/removed from a chosen app, device-state IFs (often with PrivBridge), and more.

What actions can it run?

Notifications, volume/brightness/display, Do Not Disturb, torch, vibration, waits, wait-until, timers/alarms, HTTPS webhooks, open URL/app/Settings, device controls via PrivBridge (radios, VPN, media, apps, lock screen), and more.

What is PrivBridge?

A Wireless-debugging paired shell bridge (UID 2000, not root) used for device IFs and THENs that need it. Pair with a code via a temporary FewDo notification. Reboot requires starting it again. See the PrivBridge section.

Why did my automation stop?

Force-stopping the app suppresses triggers until you launch it again. Missing permissions, disabled Notification Access, or PrivBridge Off (when a step needs it) also block runs. Check readiness warnings on Home and Execution history.
