Privacy Policy

This policy applies to Dripping Leaf apps published on Google Play, including Fog Scouts API, and to this website.

1. Who we are

Dripping Leaf ("we", "us") provides mobile applications and related documentation at drippingleaf.com. Contact: support@drippingleaf.com.

2. Information we collect

Depending on the app and your choices, we may process:

Account or contact details you send us (for example by emailing support).
App diagnostics such as crash logs, device model, OS version, and app version, when you report a problem or when the platform provides crash reports.
Usage data needed to operate core features, limited to what the feature requires. Fog Scouts API sends your API key, prompts, and related cloud-agent data to the provider you choose, not to a Fog Scouts server.
Purchase / entitlement data if a future paid feature uses Google Play Billing (handled primarily by Google).

We do not sell personal data. We do not knowingly collect data from children under 13. If you believe a child has provided personal data, contact us and we will delete it.

3. How we use information

To provide and improve app features.
To respond to support requests.
To fix bugs, maintain security, and prevent abuse.
To meet legal obligations (for example Play Store policies and applicable law).

We may share data with:

Service providers that host infrastructure or email (for example our web host) under instructions that protect your data.
Google as part of Google Play distribution, crash reporting, and billing, under Google's terms.
Authorities when required by law.

5. Data retention

We keep support emails and related records only as long as needed to resolve your request and for legitimate business or legal needs, then delete or anonymize them.

6. Security

We use reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect information. No method of transmission or storage is fully secure; please avoid sending passwords or secrets by email.

7. Your rights

Depending on where you live, you may have rights to access, correct, delete, or restrict processing of your personal data, or to object to certain processing. Email support@drippingleaf.com to make a request. You may also lodge a complaint with your local data protection authority.

8. International transfers

Our hosting and tools may process data in the EU or other regions. Where required, we rely on appropriate safeguards for cross-border transfers.

9. Changes

We may update this policy. Continued use of the apps or site after an update means you accept the revised policy.
